The F3 and F4 Forensic Field Kits are configured to meet the most globally adopted combination of tools used by forensic investigators. By combining WiebeTech write-blockers, media adapters, cables and unique field tools Forensic Field Kits F3 and F4 fit the demands of digital data acquisition in the field and in the lab.
Field Kit F3
Field Kit F3 includes everything you need to perform forensic investigations. WiebeTech's forensic hardware is 100% write-blocked, and has been proven as an industry-leader since 2000.
This kit includes
1. Hardware write-blocker - Write-blocked access to SATA or IDE drives with Forensic UltraDock v4.
2-9. Eight drive adapters, which allow access to:
- 2.5" IDE drives (31000-1001-0000)
- 1.8" Hitachi ZIF drives (31000-1097-0000)
- 1.8" Toshiba ZIF drives (31000-1098-0000)
- 1.8" Toshiba drives (31000-1099-0000)
- Disk on Module (DOM) drives (31000-1094-0000)
- CardBus Adapter for PCCCARD Drives (31000-1001-0000)
- PCMCIA Adapter for Compact Flash and Micro Drives
- PCMCIA Adapter for Sony Memory Stick, SD & MC cards
10. Mr Tool™ - Save torn fingernails with Mr. Tool, the Molex Removal tool that makes it easy to disconnect power cables from hard drives.
11. Mouse Jiggler™ - Screen Savers, especially if you need an unknown password to dismiss them, can halt an investigation. Keep screen savers or other idle time events with Mouse Jiggler, which simulates mouse activity to keep the computer awake.
12. Other accessories are included, such as a drive bottom plate to keep the drive electronics safe during discovery, as well as all of the power and data cables needed to connect your WiebeTech write-blockers.
