Forensic DriveDock v4 is a great solution for anyone who needs a write-block (forensic) solution to access SATA or IDE drives. Forensic DriveDock v4 comes with everything you need to attach to notebook 2.5" and full-size desktop 3.5" SATA and IDE. It quickly attaches drives via FireWire 400 compatible (for write-block mode) and USB (for read and write mode).
Gobs of utility
This is a WiebeTech Fourth Generation Dock. Generation 4 provides plenty of options. In addition to its bright color, it has new power control features and multiple powering options. Power it via a +12V adapter (included), or power it via a standard disk drive 4-pin Molex power source from inside of a target computer. This means you can connect to a drive still in a PC case and use the PC power supply!
Using it is easy!
Just connect the drive to the Dock, plug in power and attach the correct FireWire or USB cable to a host computer. That's all it takes. For more protection to the drive, a mounting plate can be screwed onto the bottom of the drive to
protect the drive's circuitry.
Exclusive LED indicators
Generation 4 is loaded with indicators: FireWire attached, USB attached, +12V input jack active, disk drive power input jack active and +5V/+12V out operational. It makes a technician's work much easier. These simple features are immensely valuable when troubleshooting a drive. It even has an on/off switch for safe drive power up and power down.

aluminum for durability.
Extend support for nearly any spinning drive
Need to access a non-standard drive? Use one of WiebeTech's own Combo Adapters to access 1.8" drives, Microdrives, PCCARD, notebook drives, drives found in iPods... almost any spinning disk. Combo Adapters work with several of our DriveDocks, including Forensic DriveDock.
Molex Removal Tool - mrTool™

4 pin "molex connectors" are well known for being a bear to unplug. Save yourself from hurt fingers and torn up fingernails with mrTool. This custom made aluminum device is perfectly suited for the task.
mrTool is a great companion for use with a ComboDock or Forensic ComboDock. Sold seperately.
