Forensic docking products now come with a 2 year warranty out of the box. You may choose to extend the warranty on your Forensic dock to three years of world-class support and service.
Extend your service for the following products:

Forensic Office Dock (FOD)
Forensic ComboDock (FCD)
Forensic ComboDock, Bus Powered Version (FCD-BP)
Forensic SATADock (FSDK)

Forensic NoteBook DriveDock Plus (FONBP)
If you're buying an extended warranty for a previously purchased product:
Determine if the product qualifies for an extended warranty. See Eligibility below. If you did not purchase your product directly from WiebeTech, you may be asked to supply proof of purchase when we process your order.
Locate the serial number of the product, usually on a sticker on the bottom of the product.
Place EXT-FDOCK in your shopping cart with the buy button on this page.
IMPORTANT During the checkout process, include the serial number in the Comments Field. If the serial number is not included, your order cannot be processed.
After processing, you will receive a receipt that indicates your product has been registered for extended warranty.
If you're buying an extended warranty for a new product at time of purchase:
Determine if the product qualifies for an extended warranty. See Eligibility below.
If your order contains the same number of extended warranties and qualifying products, we'll register those serial numbers with no further information needed.
If you are only purchasing an extended warranty for select product(s), include in the Comments Field which products(s) to register for the extended warranty.
Eligibility for purchase of Extended Warranty
The extended warranty must be purchased while initial warranty coverage is still in effect.
The extended warranty is available only for domestic end users. It is not available to international customers.
Customers who did not purchase their product directly from WiebeTech may be asked to supply proof of purchase.
The extended warranty is available for end users only. Resellers cannot purchase the warranty, nor can they sell it. The extended warranty is non-transferrable.
We don't expect anything to go wrong with your WiebeTech product. But if it does, Tech Support is standing by and ready to help. We offer phone support and online assistance to help you get the answers you need.

Before your order is shipped, it is individually tested and formatted to your needs whether it is Mac, PC or both.
