WICHITA, KS – May 30, 2006 -- WiebeTech announces that its popular desktop enclosure, ToughTech™, is now available in an eSATA enclosure. The new eSATA enclosure joins WiebeTech's popular existing line of ToughTech FireWire 400 and 800 enclosures. This enclosure provides the same FlexMount™ anti-shock protection for any 3.5" SATA drive and provides a single eSATA connection to the host computer.
ToughTech eSATA is fully compatible with any Mac or PC with a SATA port. FlexMount protection offers a shock absorber that mounts between the drive and the enclosure and protects the drive from bumps and vibrations. |

As a result, ToughTech eSATA is ideal for users who value their data and desire SATA connectivity and speed.
ToughTech eSATA fully supports SATA 1 and 2 transfer rates at 1.5 or 3.0 Gbps.

WiebeTech's ToughTech eSATA is in stock, and is priced at $89.95 in a configuration without a drive (TTE-0, $89.95). Other configurations are available immediately with capacities of 250GB (TTE-250) at $268.95, 400GB (TTE-400) at $467.95, 500GB (TTE-500) at $565.95 and 750GB (TTE-750) at $754.95.
