SATADock, which allows Serial ATA drives to mount via FireWire 800 (400
compatible) to a host computer. SATADock is in stock and shipping now.![]()

SATADock follows WiebeTech's tradition of providing tough docking enclosures,
designed for high performance and rugged use.
"SATADock is a single unit that allows any host computer to access SATA drives via
FireWire," said James Wiebe, CEO of WiebeTech. "This is the first solution on the
market which fully integrates this bridging technology into a small
portable metal enclosure."
SATADock features a Serial ATA power and data connector, along with host side
FireWire ports. It also has a power switch, along with a power indicator and an access
indicator. Bottom plates are included for attachment to hard drives.
