WICHITA, KS – Jan. 10, 2006 -- WiebeTech is now offering a write-blocked bridge for forensic analysis of SCSI drives.
Forensic SCSIDock™ allows read-only access to suspect SCSI drives through FireWire, allowing investigators to download and image the content of most SCSI drives without risk of data corruption. It attaches to any FireWire host, and the suspect hard drive will pop up on the computer's desktop.
"This new Forensic SCSIDock gives investigators write-blocked access to SCSI drives, which has been a frequently requested product", said James Wiebe, CEO of WiebeTech LLC. "We're pleased to be able to provide a solution."
Also included are high watt power adapter for the SCSI drives, a breakout power cable for the Forensic SCSI Dock, and SCSI adapters allowing various types of SCSI drives to be attached to the dock.
Features
Dual daisy-chainable FireWire 400: Works with any FireWire host.
Self-aligning HD Connector: Locking, ULTRA-SCSI, 50 pin, male. Adapters allow connection to a wide variety of ULTRA-SCSI hard drives.
