WICHITA, KS – October 24, 2005 - WiebeTech has launched an updated and enhanced website at www.wiebetech.com. The new design was developed by Mueller Design Interactive of Oakland, California, and WiebeTech personnel. It features improved navigation and new tech support features.
"We believe that site visitors will find this new website is much easier to navigate," said James Wiebe, President and CEO of WiebeTech LLC. "WiebeTech has the very best assortment of high performance and unique storage products. This website matches the quality and uniqueness of our products."
Visitors can choose from a variety of user categories and instantly see the products in that category. In addition, a product finder allows customers to find products by name and product type.
A photo slide show on each products page gives visitors more options to see photos of each product. Each product page has been written to better explain the products and give more technical information.
Customers will also find an enhanced tech support area which allows them to easily see the status of their products returned for repair. They can also register their products online for future warranty work. The tech support center also offers enhanced downloads and a FAQ center with answers to the most common questions.
